Pearl Light / Personal Project / 2021 

Inspired by a pearl naturally resting in its oyster, the circular light rests upon an organic wooden base as if in its natural habitat. Producing a calming warm glow, the Pearl Light fosters a tranquil environment when utilized as a table lamp or wall light.

Created from a CNC'd wood block, the organic shape on top is paired with a routed underside to house electronics and wiring. A friendly power and dimmer knob announces itself as a joyful interaction point for users.
