Gooey Series / Citizen Robotics / 2021 

Pulled and pushed away from geometric primitives, the Gooey Series was designed to embrace the form factors that large scale 3-D concrete printing can create. Appearing as if melting out of shape on a hot day, the physical form would be incredibly difficult to produce through any other manufacturing process.

The Platform is the tallest member of the Gooey Series, designed for Detroit based concrete printing startup, Citizen Robotics and was commissioned for use at Form and Seek’s “Here X  Now” exhibition during Detroit Month of Design 2021.
